How
to e-mail invoices
At this time, QuickInvoice doesn't have an internal email function.
However, you can still send your invoices to customers by using one of the PDF utilities available on the market. Such utilities play a role of a printer driver allowing you to save your invoices (or any other documents) as standard PDF files.
PDF995 is one of such PDF utilities that you might find useful. You can
download a fully functional version of PDF995 by clicking on one of
these links:

Please note that the download process will begin immediately. If you would like to read more about this utility, please visit their web site at:
http://www.pdf995.com Once you have
installed PDF995 on your computer, follow these steps to save you
invoice as a PDF file:
1) In QuickInvoice, select
"PDF995" instead of your printer and click the
"Print" button.
2) You
will be asked to choose a location and a name for the PDF file you would
like to create.
3) Once you save your
invoice as a PDF file, you can send it to your customer by attaching it
to an e-mail.
Please note that the free version displays a sponsor page in your web browser each time you run the software. If you would prefer not to see sponsor pages, you may upgrade by obtaining the license keys at any time for $9.95
